Why should I use this app?
This app is created with the busy, Christian, professional in mind. We want to build a community where like minded people with high standards can meet, match and explore the possibilities of a future together. You already go to church, weddings, happy hours, house parties but don’t seem to be able to make that connection. You have even tried other dating apps only to come across profiles you are not interested in or worse- creepy. While RedeemedConnection is primarily based in the U.S., you can connect with anyone around the world as long as both of you have extended your search range wide enough to digitally cross paths and mutually indicate interest in each other.
Do I have to be a member of a particular Church, denomination?
No. This community is to facilitate connections with like minded busy professionals with high standards, based on mutual interest. We do our best to vet the members, but it is your responsibility to do your due diligence regarding anyone you meet/make a connection with. See our “Online safety tips”. The fact that you meet on a Christian dating site doesn’t mean you let your guard down, anymore than you would if you meet someone for the first time anywhere else. This app is not affiliated with, nor sanctioned by the Redeemed Christian Church of God, RCCG worldwide/North America, Winners Chapel or any other church denomination. It is not an RCCG dating app but is a platform available to any serious minded christian professional who seeks a lifelong connection.
Can I connect with an unlimited number of people?
Technically yes. However, this is not a hookup site/app. We strongly recommend a max of 3-5 connections. That is why we encourage our users to put enough information in their profiles to facilitate making the best connections. Genuine, serious dating for a future together takes time & effort. If you have enough time to carry on more than 5 conversations at the same time, you are probably not as busy or as serious as you think you are. There are other sites out there where you can match with everyone and anyone. Our site is based on mutual respect, so even if a connection doesn’t work out, we encourage moving on with respect. It is quite possible that 2 very eligible individuals don’t make the best couple – maybe you could remain lifelong friends and recommend other more suitable users. How do I get make a connection?
You make a connection when both users indicate mutual interest/ “Like” on the app. That is how life works. How about my privacy?
See our “terms of use/Privacy Policy” We take privacy very seriously. The profile questions are to help facilitate a connection. You are not being asked for any information that you don’t already have on your Facebook, LinkedIn or any other sites you currently use. You can determine what is revealed about you on your profile, in your “profile” “settings”. You don’t need to include your last name in your profile info. This adds an additional layer of privacy based on your level of comfort. And don’t worry, the only person that knows you are on here is someone who is on here or knows someone who is. Not that there is anything wrong with using a dating app and all you are doing is giving yourself the best chance to make that connection. It is no different than asking a friend or relative to introduce you to someone who they think could be a match. We do take violations of our terms of use/privacy policy seriously. We encourage users to report profiles in violation. We may immediately suspend or expel any offending/abusive/ violating profiles based on our investigation. The app is free to download and we encourage you to download it and check out the other resources we have available. You can create a profile, but to make a connection there is a subscription fee. There is a free trial with all subscriptions. We believe your subscription is another way of indicating your commitment/seriousness in meeting like minded redeemed christian individuals. Weekly subscription is $2.99, Monthly is $5.99 (less than some spend on 1 cup of coffee daily or a lunch snack); Yearly is $49.99. There are other 1 time purchases or promotional offers from time to time.
